Who We Are
Jacob Garn, Esq. Founding Partner
Jacob Garn is a Founding Partner at Garn & Graber and has been licensed to practice in the State of Florida since 2014. Mr. Garn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Utah Valley University and his Juris Doctor in 2012 from California Western School of Law (CWSL) in San Diego, California.
Prior to attending Utah Valley University, Mr. Garn lived in and performed volunteer work for two years in Colombia, South America where he attained native level fluency in written and spoken Spanish. Additionally, following his course work at CWSL, Mr. Garn completed an international internship for the Honorable Judge Juan Carlos Correa Olaya in Barranquilla, Colombia.
Mr. Garn is fluent in spoken and written Spanish, he has represented and acquired benefits and lump sum settlements for numerous clients from Central and South America. Mr. Garn has worked on over 700 DBA cases, making him an expert in the field.
In addition to representing clients from Central and South America, Mr. Garn has also successfully represented injured workers under the DBA from Asia, Africa, the United States, and Europe.
Allison Graber, Esq. Founding Partner
Allison Graber is a Founding Partner at Garn & Graber and has been licensed to practice in the State of Florida since 2018. Ms. Graber earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The George Washington University and her Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude.
During law school, Ms. Graber was a Certified Student Attorney where she litigated multiple civil cases involving child custody, domestic violence, and dissolution of marriages before the D.C. Superior Court.
Ms. Graber also served as an Assistant StateAttorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she tried felony and misdemeanor cases in both the Juvenile Division and the Domestic Violence Unit. It was during this service that Ms. Graber was able to be a strong advocate for victims and survivors of violent crime and gender-based violence.
Ms. Graber also worked as an Associate Attorney Advisor for AEquitas: The Prosecutor's Resource on Violence Against Women. In this position, Ms. Graber was able to take her first hand experience advocating for victims and survivors to help prosecutors' offices around the country launch innovative criminal justice programs.

Arjun Sahni is an Associate Attorney with Garn & Graber, LLC Attorneys at Law since 2023. He is a dual qualified lawyer licensed to practice in India and the State of New York. He graduated from Symbiosis Law School, India, with a dual degree in Bachelors of Business Administration and Bachelors of Law. He then went on to pursue his Mast
Arjun Sahni is an Associate Attorney with Garn & Graber, LLC Attorneys at Law since 2023. He is a dual qualified lawyer licensed to practice in India and the State of New York. He graduated from Symbiosis Law School, India, with a dual degree in Bachelors of Business Administration and Bachelors of Law. He then went on to pursue his Masters of Law from Georgetown University Law Centre, where he graduated with Distinction at the top of his class in the Dean’s List.
In law school, Arjun worked with the preeminent O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law as a research assistant. He also participated in Jessup International Moot Court Competition in 2021, wherein he won the Asia Rounds. Since then, he has served in the capcity of a judge for national and international rounds of Jessup.
Outside of law, Arjun practices mixed martial arts and is currently training to run an ultramarathon.
